Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital Orders (PDFs, eBooks, and Digital Downloads)

All digital purchases are delivered automatically via email or download link immediately after payment confirmation.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your download within 1 hour, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us directly for reissue.

Digital files are supplied in high-resolution PDF format for personal use only. Once delivered, digital orders are considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Hardback and Physical Orders

All hardback books and physical items are hand-prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

If a title is out of stock or in active print, please allow up to 2 weeks for preparation and delivery. Each item is printed to order in limited batches, and production times may extend during high-demand periods.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Codex Absolutus is not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect addresses or courier handling once the parcel has been dispatched.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged or defective books must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging for review and replacement (if applicable).

Copper Goods, Field Devices, and Custom Builds

Copper tools, jewellery, energy field devices, and other custom-made or handcrafted products are prepared individually and may require up to 2–3 weeks for creation and delivery.

Due to the handcrafted and energetic nature of these goods, variations in tone, patina, or finish are normal and do not constitute defects.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item arrives damaged during shipping (in transit) and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of both the item and packaging.

Customers are advised to inspect their parcel upon arrival and report any transit damage immediately to ensure eligibility for replacement.
