Returns and Refunds Policy

Digital Orders (PDFs, eBooks, and Downloads)

All sales of digital files — including PDFs, eBooks, and digital downloads — are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been delivered via email or download link, access is considered granted and irreversible.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with content or presentation
  • Disagreement with interpretations or methods presented in the material

By purchasing digital content from Codex Absolutus, you acknowledge that digital delivery constitutes completion of the sale.

Hardback Books and Physical Items

Physical books may only be returned or refunded if they meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue.

If a return is approved, the product must be returned in unused, unopened, and resealable condition within 14 days of authorization.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Codex Absolutus.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and confirmed to meet the return criteria. Items returned without prior authorization or outside the stated timeframe will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Copper Goods, Custom Builds, and Made-to-Order Items

All copper tools, field devices, jewellery, or custom-ordered items are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

Due to the handcrafted and energetic nature of these goods, variations in tone, patina, or finish are part of the creation process and do not qualify as defects.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item arrives damaged in transit and you provide clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

Codex Absolutus reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements for any product returned without prior authorization, beyond the allowed timeframe, or not meeting the above conditions.
